Congrats! Poor Oba, though, with the hardwood floors. She'll get used to them...sorta. Our dog is ok so long as she doesn't run on them, though she's perfected the art of skidding when chasing a toy.

I'm glad everyone in your family is doing ok with the new addition. :) By the end of a week, she sould be pretty used to you guys, and by the end of two, she'll start treating you like "her people". By three weeks, should be a done deal. (Our dog had abandoned us in favor of our in-laws after two weeks gone this past summer. She was confused when we showed back up, but happily readjusted within hours of our being home.)
